Request Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your SwiftVend account and all associated data. After submission, we will verify your identity and permanently delete your data within 7 business days.
What Will Be Deleted
- Your SwiftVend account (phone number, name, login details)
- All logged transactions, floats, and activity history
- Location records tied to your shop
- Matched SMS transaction records
- Any linked device identifiers
What Is Retained
We may retain minimal records required by law (e.g., anti-fraud or tax records) for up to 90 days before full deletion.
